Job Description

  • Develop, implement, and manage the company’s compensation strategy, including base salary, bonuses, and incentive programs, ensuring market competitiveness and internal equity.
  • Oversee the design, implementation, and administration of employee benefits programs, including health and wellness plans, retirement plans, and other perks.
  • Design and manage employee recognition programs that align with company culture and values, ensuring these programs are engaging and effective.
  • Conduct regular market analysis to ensure the company’s compensation and benefits are competitive within the industry and region.
  • Ensure all compensation and benefits programs comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Lead initiatives to streamline HR operations, including payroll, employee data management, and HRIS optimization.
  • Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures, ensuring they are up-to-date and aligned with company objectives and legal requirements.
  • Provide regular reports and analytics on HR metrics, including turnover, engagement, compensation trends, and operational efficiency.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, including benefits providers, payroll services, and HR software vendors.
  • Support employee relations initiatives, providing guidance on performance management, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
