Job Description
We are seeking a skilled PHP/Laravel Developer to manage and enhance our existing web platform and mobile application. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in pure PHP and the Laravel framework, and be comfortable handling deployments, implementing new features, and making regular improvements. Key Responsibilities
- Application Development & Maintenance: Develop, maintain, and optimize web applications using PHP and Laravel.
- Mobile App Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between the web platform and the mobile application.
- Enhancements & Upgrades: Identify areas for improvement, add new features, and ensure the platform meets the evolving needs of the business.
- Deployment & CI/CD: Handle deployment processes, troubleshoot issues in various environments, and maintain continuous integration and delivery pipelines.
- Collaboration & Documentation: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality solutions; document processes and updates.
- Performance Optimization: Monitor application performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize code for scalability and reliability.
Requirements Technical Skills:
- Strong proficiency in core PHP.
- Expertise in Laravel framework.
- Experience with MySQL or other relational databases.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.
- Mobile App Exposure: Understanding of how web services interact with mobile apps and ability to coordinate with mobile teams.
- Code Quality: Comfortable with version control (Git) and best practices for testing and deployment.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-Solving: Adept at diagnosing issues, identifying root causes, and implementing effective solutions.
