Position Overview:
We’re looking for a highly motivated Founder Associate to work closely with our Country Head. This role offers fresh graduates the chance to gain hands-on experience at a fast-growing startup. You will support various functions, including strategy, product development, business development, and marketing, while collaborating with the tech team to enhance our AI-driven platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Business Growth: Execute business strategy and activities in the field to drive business growth
- Business Development: Identify and reach out to potential clients, supporting onboarding and relationship management.
- Market & AI Research: Conduct research on recruitment trends, AI advancements, and competitors to improve our platform.
- Collaboration with Tech Team: Work with the tech team to provide input and feedback for product improvements.
- Marketing & Content: Help create engaging content and messaging for marketing campaigns.
