As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a creative and innovative UI/UX Designer to help elevate the user experience across our platform.
Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer who is passionate about creating intuitive, user-centered designs for web and mobile platforms. You will play a key role in improving the overall look, feel, and functionality of Subabb, ensuring that both job seekers and employers have a seamless, engaging experience. The ideal candidate will have strong design skills and a deep understanding of user experience principles, with the ability to translate user needs into functional, beautiful interfaces.
Key Responsibilities:
• User Research & Insights: Conduct user research to understand the needs, behaviors, and pain points of our users (employers and job seekers) through interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
• Wireframing & Prototyping: Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to visualize design solutions and improve the user experience for both desktop and mobile platforms.
• UI Design: Design user interfaces that are not only visually appealing but also highly functional and aligned with Subabb’s branding. Ensure consistency in typography, colors, and overall visual elements.
• Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to bring your designs to life, ensuring that designs are implemented correctly and achieve the intended results.
• Iterative Design Process: Test and iterate on designs based on feedback, user testing, and performance analytics. Refine user flows, layout, and interactions to improve usability and accessibility.
• Usability Testing: Plan and conduct usability testing to gather feedback on prototypes and live products, analyzing results to inform design decisions.
• Design Systems: Create and maintain design guidelines and systems
to ensure consistent user experiences across all touchpoints of the Subabb platform.
• Stay Up-to-Date: Stay current with design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously enhance the Subabb platform’s design and user experience.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile design projects
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar platforms
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, UX research, and usability testing
• Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
• Knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS) is a plus but not required
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain design decisions and provide rationale to stakeholders
• Attention to detail and a passion for creating beautiful and functional designs
• Familiarity with recruitment platforms or job boards is a plus, but not required
