Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing tax strategies for the organization
- Ensure compliance with provincial and Federal withholding tax requirements
- Prior filing experience of provincial (PRA,SRB,KPRA) and Federal Sales tax , Annual Income Tax Returns.
- Ensure Compliance with Notices under Income tax e.g u/s Rule 44, 161(1A),122(9) and Sales Tax Act as well.
- Identify and mitigate tax risks and opportunities
- Collaborate with external auditors and tax advisors
- Develop and maintain relationships with tax authorities
- Provide tax guidance and support to other departments
- Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting tax liabilities
Requirements:
- Professional certification (CA inter/ACCA/ CMA/MBA/MCom)
- At least one year post articles experience.
- Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations
