Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Telecaller to join our dynamic team and contribute to our continued success in the Dubai real estate market.

Job Description:

As a Real Estate Telecaller , you will play a pivotal role in our marketing efforts. You will be responsible for connecting with potential clients over the phone, building rapport, and promoting our real estate services in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the Dubai real estate market and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement: Initiate outbound calls to potential clients, respond to inbound inquiries, and provide information about available properties in Dubai.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify prospective clients, gather their requirements, and schedule property viewings with our sales team.
  • Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and property listings in our system.
  • Market Knowledge: Stay informed about the Dubai real estate market trends, property values, and competitive offerings.
  • Marketing Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets by converting leads into clients and facilitating property transactions.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing their inquiries and concerns.
  • Follow-Up: Follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our sales and marketing teams to strategize and implement effective sales campaigns.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
  • Customer-Focused: A passion for helping clients with their properties and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Target-Driven: Proven ability to meet and exceed targets in a competitive environment.
