Job Description
We are seeking an Filipina Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be involved in preparing financial reports and statements, bank reconciliations and conducting audits. Moreover, the candidate must have strong interpersonal skills and possess strong business acumen.
RESPONSIBILITIES & QUALIFICATIONS:
* Knowledgeable on daily accounting activities or reports for various business required and needs
* Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements
* Manage the cash flow and budgeting
* Knowledgeable bank transactions, preparing invoices and receipts.
* Monitors petty cash payments and the replenishment
*Prepare, compile and analyze financial statements
* Accounts Receivable and Payable
* Preparation of Agent's Commission
* With knowledgeable in Zoho Books System or other accounting software and UAE Vat rules
* Prepare Tax Documents
* Update financial data in the database to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed.
* Fluency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
* Professional manner, strong work ethic and can work under pressure.
* Excellent in verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to multitask and remain motivated and positive.

* Presentable and with pleasing personality
* With at least 2years working experience especially in account and audit financials
(Real Estate Experience is an advantage)
