Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating directly with our Founder & Core Team to actively participate in coordinating and managing key initiatives critical to SubAbb's operations.
- Scheduling and preparing management meetings with a strong focus on achieving tangible results and diligently following up on the execution of agreed-upon projects.
- Analyzing and reassessing existing processes across the organization to identify and address interdepartmental bottlenecks.
- Tracking departmental KPIs and driving their successful accomplishment.
- Providing ad-hoc support to individual teams to make a significant impact where it is most needed.
- Assisting in key role recruitment and training when necessary.
- Working closely with the heads of partnerships, business development, and product management to assist on key initiatives within these departments.
What we’re looking for:
- A-Level or College/University students looking for work experience in tech startups
- Interest in product development, tech operations, business growth, and digital marketing
- A proactive and independent working style that allows you to plan and execute tasks without constant supervision
- Proficiency in advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills (or equivalent in Google Suite)
This is a great opportunity for students looking to explore tech and/or startup environments.
