Job Description
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Lahore for a Sales Specialist. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, communicating about the various products/services offered by the company, and creating and maintaining a sales pipeline. The Sales Specialist will also be required to collaborate with various teams within the company to identify areas for improvement in the sales process.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Sales Specialist or similar customer service or sales role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to persuade clients and close sales deals
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Bachelor's degree or higher in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven track record of meeting targets and exceeding expectations
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to changing business needs
Positive attitude, resilient, and able to work under pressure
