Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Design and Content Lead to join our team. This role requires an individual with a strong background in graphic design and illustration, proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other design tools. The ideal candidate will take the lead in generating design and illustration ideas, exhibit creative initiative, and develop content strategies for our social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok), webpages, blogs, and assist with video production.
Roles and Responsibilities:
● Create and design compelling graphics, illustrations, and visual content for various marketing channels and platforms.
● Take the lead in conceptualizing and executing innovative design and illustration ideas.
● Develop content strategies and ideas for social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok), webpages, and blogs.
● Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in graphic design and illustration. ● Conduct basic graphic video production as needed.
● Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure visual consistency across all digital and print materials.
● Engage in market research to identify design and content trends. Initiate problem-solving and strategy development sessions with the team.
● Establish creative partnerships with various stakeholders. Qualifications and Experience:
● Academic and/or professional knowledge of Graphic Design, Video Production, Marketing, or related fields.
● Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
● Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in graphic design and illustration.
● Proven experience in creating engaging and visually appealing content.
● Basic knowledge of graphic video production tools and techniques.
● Strong creative and analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail.
● Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
● Ability to take creative initiative and think outside the box.
● Prior experience in content management and social media marketing is a plus
