Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and data-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and growth through paid digital channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing campaigns across Google Ads, social media platforms, and other paid media channels. You will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing marketing campaigns to increase traffic, generate leads, and improve conversion rates for Subabb.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

• Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across various paid channels, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more.

• Data-Driven Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns based on performance data to maximize ROI, including A/B testing, bid management, and audience targeting.

• Budget Management: Allocate and manage digital marketing budgets across campaigns, ensuring efficient spend to achieve desired outcomes.

• Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze performance metrics (CTR, CPC, conversion rates, etc.), providing regular reports to key stakeholders. Use insights to inform future strategies.

• Lead Generation: Drive traffic and generate leads for Subabb’s platform by optimizing landing pages, ads, and funnel processes.

• SEO & SEM Strategy: Implement SEO and SEM strategies to improve organic search rankings and increase visibility for key terms relevant to the recruitment industry.

• Audience Targeting & Segmentation: Identify and segment target audiences for personalized ad experiences, increasing the relevance and effectiveness of campaigns.

• Collaboration: Work closely with the content, design, and product teams to ensure campaign assets are aligned with Subabb’s branding and messaging.

• Staying Current: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, algorithm changes, and new digital marketing tools to ensure Subabb remains competitive in the market.
